GFOA American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Resource Center

The Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board has decided to allow recipients to submit reports until midnight, PST, January 22, although reports filed after January 15th will be flagged as late.

 

The second ARRA reporting period began January 1 through January 15 at www.FederalReporting.gov. Important Enhancements to FederalReporting.gov for January Reporting Period.    .

 

The Office of Management and Budget has released updated ARRA guidance reflecting important simplifications in the way job estimates are calculated and reported, as well as guidance on data quality.

The National Performance Management Advisory Commission
Releases Public Review Draft of a Performance Management Framework for State and Local Governments

The National Performance Management Advisory Commission, a collaborative effort of 11 leading public sector management organizations, has released a public review draft of A Performance Management Framework for State and Local Government: From Measurement and Reporting to Management and Improving and is seeking review and feedback from all interested parties.
